At Rosie & Co Charms, every order is lovingly packed from our home base in Sydney, Australia — with a sprinkle of joy and a whole lot of charm. ✨

🐶 Processing Times

We aim to get your goodies out the door within 2–4 business days. Each charm is packed with care (and sometimes inspected by our unofficial furry assistant, Rosie). Once your order is ready to go, it’ll be passed over to the postal crew for delivery.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your charm’s journey — from our paws to yours.

We currently ship Australia-wide, and while delivery times can vary depending on your location and the time of year, most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch. Please note that during peak seasons (like the holidays), delivery may take a little longer.

🌍 International Shipping

We don’t currently ship internationally, but stay tuned — Rosie’s working on her passport. 🐾✈️

💌 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is with the carrier, it’s out of our paws — but we’ll always do our best to help if there’s an issue. If your order is taking longer than expected or appears lost, please reach out and we’ll do what we can to assist.
