Refund policy

At Rosie & Co Charms, we want you (and your pets!) to be completely in love with your new charm. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

⏳ Our Return Window

You have 30 days from the day your charm arrives at your door to request a return. That gives you plenty of time for your pet’s approval (and maybe a few style checks in the mirror).

🛍️ What Can Be Returned?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn, unused, with tags still attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Basically, your charm needs to be in perfect condition — just like Rosie would expect it.

If you’d like to make a return, please get in touch via our contact form. We'll send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Easy instructions on how and where to send your charm back

Important: Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — our postal fairies won’t know what to do with unexpected packages!

💔 Damaged or Faulty?

We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong charm, let us know straight away via our contact form. We’ll make it right — Rosie insists on it. 🐶✨

🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some items are a little too special (or final) to return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out and we’ll happily clarify.

🔄 Exchanges

If you’re hoping to swap your charm for another, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an update. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider might need a little extra time to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven’t seen the funds, give us a nudge via our contact form.
