Will the charms fit my pet’s collar?
Yep! Each charm comes with a clip that fits most standard collars (cat or dog). It’s easy to pop on and stay on — even during zoomies or dramatic grass rolls.
Are the charms heavy?
Not even a little! They’re light as a treat crumb and comfy enough for all-day tail-wagging. I forget I’m wearing mine… until someone compliments me.
What are they made of?
Magic, mostly. (Okay, fine — durable metal with enamel and a weather-friendly finish.) They’re built to last and cute enough to turn heads at the park.
Are they safe for pets?
Yup! They’re designed with smooth edges and secure clips. Just don’t let your pet eat them (unless you’ve got a goat... and even then, please don’t).

Where are you based?
Right here in Sydney, Australia! Every order is packed with care by Bec while I supervise from my bed.
How long will it take to arrive?
We pack orders within 2–4 biz days. After that, it’s in the paws of the postal crew. You’ll get tracking info once it ships!
Do you ship overseas?
Not just yet — we’re keeping things local for now while we grow (but international tail wags are welcome on Instagram!).

Can I send a charm as a gift?
Absolutely! Just use their address at checkout. Our packaging is cute enough to gift as-is (no need for extra fluff).
Will you include a receipt in the box?
Nope — we keep it email-only, so your surprise stays a surprise. 🎉

What if something arrives broken?
Rude. But no worries — send us a photo and we’ll sort it quicker than I can steal a sock🧦
Can I return or exchange a charm?
If it’s damaged or something’s gone wrong, get in touch within 14 days of delivery. We’re a small biz but a kind one, promise.

Can cats wear them too?
100%. Cats deserve to sparkle too (even if they pretend they don’t care).
